  • Is a special case
  • Chances are

    • They will be looking for the 30-second sound byte

• Be cautious and never argue

  • So, never say:

    • "Yes, but . . ."
  • Or

    • "No, but . . .
  • Because the rest of your words will be cut off

    • And you will not get any message across
