What we mean by project "Back-end" management
-
In Issacon #1081 we discussed Project Front-end Management
We indicated our conviction that
- Many projects fail to achieve their full potential
- Because of insufficient investment in early effort
In a similar way
- Many projects under-perform
- Because of inadequate attention to the project's "Back-end"
- And the proper transfer of "care, custody and control" of the project's product
