What do you mean by "Front-end"?

• By "Front-end" we are referring to the front end of the entire project life cycle

• There can be little doubt that many projects fail

  • Or at least fail to reach their full potential

• Because of inadequate early research or effort

  • When the project is being conceptualized

• Adequate front-end investment is essential for well-rounded project success
