It sounds simple, but. . .

The way you describe it, it sounds simple. But when I read the other definitions, it seems to get complicated. Why?

• Different people view the technique differently
• The technique can be applied in different ways
• The result must reflect the project strategy

  • No single way is best for all projects
• The more complex the project, the more care required in formulating the WBS

  • If it is to succeed in its purpose
