  • No doubt much more will be written

• We have seen many WBSs produced with great flair and attractiveness, but

  • Our purpose here is to provide useful advice

• We believe that there can be two levels of WBS, low and high

  • In this and the following Issacons we will describe both, with preferred definitions and explanations
