• A policy to establish general management's responsibility to recognize the recommended project milestones
• In an organization where many concurrent projects are active, to whom does the project manager turn for advice, help, encouragement and training?

  • At best, a Program Office is desirable (see Issacon #1004)
  • At least, a mentoring system by senior managers willing to intercede in conflicts - especially resource conflicts - is desirable
