• The PTPM will assemble all contractual, financial, regulatory and like records

  • Required to be archived according to corporate policies
• The PTPM will conduct a Project Team "debriefing" workshop

  • To assemble key data and any useful anecdotal records
  • As part of "corporate learning"
  • I.e. for the benefit of future similar projects
