- Determine the appropriate review participants
- Choose only those who have appropriate expertise
- The more people involved, the longer it will take
Step 2
- Distribute relevant baseline data and/or instructions
- Prior to attendance to enable preparation by the participants
- And hence facilitate the review process
- Set a time limit for each review, perhaps one to two hours
- Reviews tend to be concentration intensive
- And benefit from "sober second thoughts"
