1. Establish objectives, scope and steps
- That the reviewers intend to follow
2. Establish reviewer/team member communications
- I.e. Who will speak for what
3. Make sure reviewers know full story
- E.g. Approvals for "standard procedure" changes
4. Invite reviewers to provide periodic updates
- As their review progresses
5. Document actions, and resolutions as future evidence
- Following meetings with reviewers
6. Delegate follow up tasks
- In response to reviewers' report
