In Phases 3 & 4

• The Project Implementation Phase Manager will first ensure that the budget contained in the Project Charter is broken down in a manner matching the way costs will actually be collected

  • Some reallocations may be necessary to match the final procurement approach adopted
  • These in-coming costs are sometimes referred to as "Actuals"
