Contractor Claims

• These are demands from contractors for additional compensation allegedly for work done in excess of that defined in the contract documents
• These may arise from

  • Legitimate Contract Changes that have not been processed
  • Or have been overlooked
  • Or are in contention
• Claims arising from interference or delay in the execution of the work are not Scope Changes
