• Second, the "Quality Grade" of the product

  • Quality Grade reflects the "class" of product produced, i.e. "Fitness for Purpose" as specified or documented in the project's Scope Description
  • For example, a "gold-plated" element may be superior, but if it is not required for the purpose intended, the result is not a "Quality Solution"
