• A vertical scale of 100 points (on the "y" axis)
• You have three major corporate concerns
• You assess their own relative priorities as

  • Strategic projects: 65 to 100
  • Efficiency projects: 30 to 70
  • Operational projects: 1 to 35
• A horizontal scale of 100 (on the "x" axis)

  • Covering the range of your typical projects
