Priorities

• Does every project have support from Executive Management, Program Management and Operations Management?
• Are project objectives still in alignment, or have any of vision, goals, objectives, and priorities, changed?
• If the project is not, or no longer, in alignment with corporate goals, should we recommend abandoning it?
• Are we selecting the right projects?
• Are we selecting them for initiation in the right sequence?
• Are we selecting the best combination of projects?
